What is the eagle scout scholarship?
It is a contest for Eagle Scouts who are currently registered in an active unit and have not reached their 19th birthday during the year of application. Entrants need to complete only one application, which consists of:
Past winners and their patriotic themes can be found on the National Society website and used for guidance, located here.
Prizes and recognitions will be awarded at the Chapter and State levels. The state winner will proceed to the National level where the prizes are as follows: $8000 for 1st place, $4000 for runner-up, and $2000 for 2nd runner-up. Contestants may apply more than one year as long as they meet the age requirements.
